2. Service Eligibility and Merchant Account Setup

To use the micro-banking (AEPS, Aadhaar Pay), travel bookings (TruYatra), and e-government assistance panels, you must complete the KYC registration inside the application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, security M-PIN, and transaction T-PIN.

3. Transaction Rules & Wallet Management

All financial settlements, money transfers, and recharges are executed directly via linked UPI redirection apps without any hidden wallet charges. If you conduct a biometric cash withdrawal, you agree to authenticate utilizing legitimate credentials and strictly within federal banking regulations.

4. Educational & Healthcare Catalogs

The Bookstore (Edu-Tech) and pharmacy (Care) catalog items are made available for retail order dispatch through partner distributors. Products requiring valid medical prescriptions require users to upload matching doc credentials before order dispatch confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

The logo, assets, software code, database schemas, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of TruPay. You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify any parts of our application without explicit written consent.

6. Liability Disclaimers

Our platform services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TruPay makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, network failures, or banking API delays.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
